Description: This workout uses nothing but a regular towel. We will be upright the entire class and if you're looking for a class that hits the entire body without hitting the floor, here it is. This class is fantastic for those who want to improve posture and it is "bone safe" for those with low bone density. Energize the start to your day.
Props: Towel (preferably one at least 36" long) or a Fletcher Towel
Level: 1 (No experience needed)*

Ensure that your space is clear of obstacles and that you give yourself the appropriate amount of support if balance is an issue.
