-Take 880 S to High Street
-Exit RIGHT on High Street (light)
-LEFT at Fruitvale (light) — goto the end of Fruitvale
-LEFT at Otis/Bay Farm Bridge
-Cross Bay Farm Bridge from the Island RIGHT onto Island Dr. (immediately once you cross bridge)
-RIGHT onto Mecartney (stop sign)
-LEFT onto Auginbaugh (stop sign)
-RIGHT onto Bay Edge Dr. (stop sign) — Turns into Harbor Bay Pkwy
-LEFT onto North Loop Road
-LEFT into parking lot of Venture Commerce Center

Notes: Once you get on Harbor Bay Parkway, you should see the bay. You’ll pass the VF Outdoor campus on your left, another building called Zepher, and then we’re the next building complex on your left at the North corner of Harbor Bay Parkway and North Loop Road. If you pass PEET’s headquarters or you no longer see water, you went too far.

-Take 880N to 98th Ave Exit and Turn LEFT onto 98th Ave.
-Continue as though you’re going to Oakland International Airport
-Stay in Right Lane to exit Ron Cowan Parkway – Ron Cowan Parkway turns into Harbor Bay Parkway
-Continue until you see water, pass PEET’s HQ’s on your right, the office is 2 building complexes from PEETS
-RIGHT into the parking lot of Venture Commerce Center
