Below are upcoming Courses beyond the Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training at the ProBalance® Studio.
Principles of Movement (pre-requisite to both Comprehensive Series or Reformer Series) - Taught by Ada Wells, PT January 31-Feb 1, 2026 - 12 hour course
Winter 2026 Comprehensive Series - Taught by Ada Wells, PT & Lindsay Graham, PT. Seven module series after Principles of Movement -->Starts February 2026 - 450 hour program, including in-person, online, apprentice teaching, observation, self practice, case studies/program design, etc.
Summer 2026 - Reformer Teacher Training - Taught by Ada Wells, PT. Three module series after Principles of Movement -->May-August 2026. 232 hours (including in-person, online, apprentice teaching, observation, self practice, program design, etc.
Observation Hours inside our Supplementary Materials Area inside of Be Well-Stay Well™
If you're currently in our Polestar Pilates Teacher Training Program, contact Ada Wells to get access to our supplementary materials portal for our Teacher Training programs. Includes a small library of recorded sessions for observation hours. We also offer opportunities for real-time observation (depending on space, practitioner, and client/patient) at the studio.

Students currently enrolled in the Polestar Comprehensive Teacher Training program are eligible to participate in the ProBalance Polestar Studio Membership ). For just a flat $75/month (this is the discounted rate for Polestar Students in the current cohort), you can practice in the studio at lower volume (or approved) times as much as you would like. This is for self practice and for practice teaching (note that Student Pilates Teacher insurance will be required for teaching others). The regular pricing for Independent studio for non-current Polestar students is $200/month.
For those who just require a la carte (per hour) practice, we do offer that option if you do not have the membership depending on studio availability for $40/hour (or the option to use your class or study group package for this purpose).
Optional Paid Mentoring/Support: Polestar Study Group Classes & Privates
Polestar Study Group Classes are exclusively for active Polestar Students in the current cohort preparing for their exam, including students outside of the Alameda, CA cohort. These are NOT open to those who have already graduated or to students from other programs.
These Study Group classes are 55 min and may run back to back for up to a 2 hour experience ($25-$40/hour depending on the package). We require 4 students in the class to make it happen. Students may join remotely or in person at the studio. Classes are taught by our ProBalance Practitioners who are also Polestar Faculty.
Private Mentoring with Polestar Faculty or Make-Ups are $110/hr or $300 for a 3 pack.
Amigos Digital Apprentice (A.D.A.) Sessions: No charge, Priority given to ProBalance Studio Membership. A unique combination of observation and practical teaching with real clients . Ada teaches & supervises in real time remotely with students that are assisting hands-on with the students. Following these sessions, we have specific feedback, Q&A which is invaluable for learning real time in a practical manner with clients under direct supervision.
